While many developers have tried and stalled, Amwaj Islands has successfully delivered unique waterside living in Bahrain, with a community of six fantastic man-made islands. A remarkable development needs strong communications, and that’s where Vision came in.

Lacking in proper marketing material, Amwaj Islands was in need of new communications and a community website worthy of the reality it now offers. We began by going back to the brand standards created at Amwaj Island’s inception, and worked with these to create a rich, evolved visual style for the development that still adheres to the original vision.

To show off the different lifestyle opportunities and community aspects of Amwaj Islands, we created a new marketing brochure and short-form z-brochure, plus an advertising campaign that all centre on the theme ‘You’re home’. 

This material invites people to imagine living at Amwaj Islands today, with great photos of the real place – unlike many other unrealised projects in Bahrain, Amwaj Islands can show real photos of its developments, providing a strong sense of reality and confidence. We conducted photo shoots throughout Amwaj Islands for the material, including a memorable helicopter trip to truly capture the scale and grandeur of the development.

In addition to print material, we developed a vibrant new Amwaj Islands community website to appeal to existing and prospective residents, plus visitors to the islands. Containing information on all aspects of Amwaj Islands, the site includes property listings; events calendar; things to do; interactive map; full directory and much more. We also created a special residents-only forum for those who live in Amwaj Islands to meet up, discuss and stay informed.

We have also created a short promotional video, bags, CD artwork and more for Amwaj Islands and continue to work with them on a number of other projects.
