Whether developed through inception, evolution or revolution, our branding process is objective and always begins by gaining a thorough understanding of need through comparative audit, followed by development of brand strategy and positioning, to ensure that a brand identity conveys underlying business strategy and projects the right image. We believe that branding is not just about a ‘logo’ but instead is a personality reflected through every aspect of an organization, including staff and stakeholders, to be controlled and nurtured.

Successful brands are those that have an underlying strategy that aligns to the overall strategy of the business. We work closely with senior stakeholders to formulate business and brand strategies through research and differentiation. We do this, not just on overall brand issues but on a product and service level – for example, defining customer segments in order to communicate more effectively; creating credit card segmentation strategies to refine cards marketing practices; identifying high-net worth segments and creating the tools to promote applicable services. In Syria, we defined customer segments for a new bank, helped create products and services for those segments and then implemented segment-specific marketing and advertising programmes.
