Covering an area of 600,000 square metres, and catering to nearly 4,000 households, Durrat Marina comprises villas; town houses and apartments; commercial space; recreational facilities; restaurants and cafes. The marina will accommodate up to 400 berths for boats and yachts, with all the needed facilities and services.
We were commissioned to create a high quality, investor presentation brochure that covered a number of different functions. Firstly, it had to describe the scale of the development and impart an essence of lifestyle, but, unlike many development projects, it had to also showcase buildings under construction, alongside architects' renderings - because this is a living project that is already well underway in phases of construction.
